Vikram Kaushal serves as the Environment Specialist/District Coordinator for the Minor Irrigation (MI) Project at Dev Rishi Educational Society (DRES), leading the implementation of the 7th Minor Irrigation Census, 2nd Water Body Census, and 1st Spring Census across Dehradun district. With over two decades of professional experience in environmental management, watershed development, spring rejuvenation, water resource planning, rural livelihoods, and community development, he has played a significant role in implementing large-scale government and development sector projects across Uttarakhand.
